Blood is carried to the heart from various parts of the body through veins. Varicose veins are a condition in which the blood flow from the veins to the heart is obstructed and impure blood accumulates in the veins themselves. Varicose veins usually occur in the legs and are found in the lower and back veins of the lower leg.

Varicose ulcers can be caused by many factors, including diet and genetics. This is a four step massage. Step 1 Massage the foot from the knee to the top of the thigh. After doing this 12-13 times, the next step is to massage down from the knees to the feet. Step 3: Again massage the knee upwards towards the groin area.

The fourth step is to touch the toes of the feet and continue to massage upwards. After this massage, raise your feet and relax. This should not be done if there is varicose ulcer, it should be done in the earlier stage. Cabbage pack is another important method. If this is how it is, finely grate the cabbage and make it into a pack and tie it from the bottom up with a cloth. Then relax with your legs elevated. Both of these ways are very effective.
