Diabetics should choose a diet

Lifestyle diseases are increasing in people day by day. Diabetes is found in most of the people today. Diabetes is classified into three types namely type one type to type three. Starchy rice diet is the main cause of diabetes. To some extent we can control diabetes by reducing the amount of starch.

Normally, on an average, we should consume 50 to 60 percent of starch in a day, but today we consume 80 to 85 percent of starch.
